Spacious light Victorian rooms, newly refurbished with great views

gas and electricity,

one off-street parking space per flat,

bed linen,

bath and hand towels,

kitchen linen including oven gloves and apron,

cleaning materials,

toiletries and first loo rolls

and we’ll make sure there’s tea for that cuppa on arrival too.

 

Heating:

* timed morning and evening in autumn and spring,

* not included in summer.

 

Extra first floor double bedroom from £100 per week, or on a nightly basis if you have occasional guests.  Book both flats together and we’ll include this free.

 

Well behaved dog?  Ground floor flat only, no extra charge.

 

No pets in first floor flat.

 

All year: Book both flats and we’ll include the extra first floor double bedroom free -

- that’s five bedrooms (sleeping ten)
